Roger and the conference team will open the meeting with Plex/2E news, including an update on the conference, scheduled for October 15-17, 2024 in Austin Texas. The theme this year will be leveraging AI and Machine Learning for the CA 2E/Plex/IBM i developer.

Next up are technical lightning talks from CA Plex and CA 2E Conference Sponsors. These short talks will have more in-depth coverage at the conference:

• JP Gallo and Tim Higgins from A&I Solutions will discuss Broadcom’s Test Data Manager (TDM). TDM helps organizations deliver test data faster, create synthetic test data from scratch, shorten test cycles from weeks to days, mask sensitive data, and improve compliance. TDM supports all major DB management systems and platforms, including DB2 for i and SQL Server.

• Donna Westmoreland from Midrange Dynamics will discuss managing IBM i CI/CD pipelines with MDChange. MDChange seamlessly integrates both legacy CA 2E models and new applications using a unified set of tools.

• John Rhodes of CM First will discuss the Broadcom latest CA 2E (Synon) announcements. Andrew Leggett will discuss features in recent CA Plex 7.3 release.
