Hello Everyone,
Happy Memorial Day.

If you've logged into your website recently, you will notice a few changes.
- The login page and the interior pages have been branded with your logo and colors. This is to help make using the site a better experience.
- There is also a lot less clutter with the menus reorganized so that the usable parts of the site are readily displayed. You won't have to pick through unusable menu entries to find the ones that you need. What you can use is at your fingertips.
The main dashboard has been reorganized to display useful data. You will now see:
- Security information reported by your firewall,
- Google Analytics data showing session, traffic and other SEO information,
- Quick Draft to post ideas in draft form that you can get back to later and turn into full posts.
- A support link has been added in the top bar of each page.It will read RMSEO Support. It is a hot link right to the the contact page at RMSEO.
Google has made some big changes to their ranking algorithm in the last 2 weeks. I sent an email out to all of you about the mobile responsive changes and that you're websites were already responsive so there was nothing for you to do.
For those of you who are hosting with Inet, by the end of this week a page will be added to all sites that is called a 404 Page not Found HTTP response. All this means is that if someone tries to reach your website and there is no page at that link, there is a hidden page to catch the request. This can happen if someone types in a link and spells it incorrectly or by robots trying to reek havoc. It has been noticed that there has been a large increase in this activity on the internet. This page is not added to the website's menu so it will be completely invisible to visitors unless they come to your site via a bad link.
This activity has not been detected on any of your websites. It is only preventative.
Some sites already have this in place. By weeks end you will receive a link to view the page at your site.
There are 2 new tools available on the Blogging page, ready for download. |

The tables in this planner will allow you to keep things organized and on track with the blogs big picture. It's, tempting to want to post about things that may not be related to your purpose. I know, I've done it myself many times. Having a plan and sticking to it will bring the best results, fastest.

What's Coming The Blogging page is still being refined and expanded but is fully usable.
Some new and related information will be posted this week about obtaining and using images.
I am working on giving personal dashboards to all members at RMSEO so that tools and information can be accessed quickly.
And much much more! :)
I'm having my official grill opening ceremony this weekend and I hope that you have something special going on too.
Have a great holiday, all of you.
