I just posted a list that I've been compiling for some time of over 100 sites to get images. An excerpt of the post follows:

Maintaining a list as massive as this takes quite a bit of time but it will inevitably save you time and money. I periodically spot check the links but sites come and go. If you find duplicates, links to places that no longer exist or sites that no longer have images, please let me know and I'll update. I found one this morning that went from free images to renting photo booths! :)
If you find this resource useful, I may put some more time into it to categorize the links by type of image. When I add to the list I'll just add a note to future emails. Just let me know.
