Cinemapolis - Ithaca's Member Supported Independent Movie Theater

Greetings, Cinemapolitans,

Our seventh week of virtual cinema offerings kicks off with THREE great new titles this Friday, just in time for the long holiday weekend.

These new movies arriving does mean that we need to make some room, however. If you haven't yet checked out The Etruscan Smile or The Infiltrators, hop to it! They're only available through the end of the day tomorrow, May 21st.

Hollywood and the indie world suffered some great losses in the last month. Spend some time this weekend memorializing their talent with these streaming titles:

Master comedian and character actor Fred Willard was unforgettable in the Christopher Guest mockumentaries. Waiting for Guffman is available to stream for free via Vudu.
Indie director, writer, and actress Lynn Shelton pioneered "mumblecore" with low-budget Sundance dramedies like Humpday and Your Sister's Sister. Her most recent feature, Sword of Trust is now available on Showtime.
Indian superstar and indie darling Irrfan Khan appeared countless times on our screens. Don't miss one of his last performances in the warm and thoughtful Puzzle, now streaming on Starz.
