| | SCHEDULE OF SHOWTIMES MAY 31 - JUNE 6 ALL SHOWTIMES BELOW VALID BEGINNING FRI, MAY 31 |
| | Greetings, Cinemapolitans! |
| Summer is (unofficially) here, with commencement ceremonies behind us, Ithaca Festival on the way, and TWO new films opening this Friday: - The Biggest Little Farm is a beautifully shot chronicle of documentarian John Chester and his wife Molly as they attempt to start a family-owned sustainable agriculture business outside of Los Angeles. John Chester of the Film Stage says it's "a captivating personal journey with a concern for harmony and a gentle sense of humor."
- Famed filmmaker Werner Herzog tackles the reform and failure of the USSR with the compelling documentary, Meeting Gorbachev. Jordan Ruimy of the Playlist calls it "one of the most important documentaries of the year because it still feels fresh and relevant to our times."
|
| | We're holding over all of our current film titles, but that means some will have limited showtimes for the coming week, so pay close attention to the changes in the schedule...
