| Just a few days until our big AWARDS NIGHT PARTY, and we're adding a duo of new titles to our screens: - Mads Mikkelsen returns to our screens again this year in the wilderness survival drama, Arctic. A first feature from internet phenom Joe Penna, the film follows the struggles of Overgård, a downed pilot trying to stay alive in the titular frozen landscape. David of Ehrlich of IndieWire calls it, simply, "one of the best movies ever made about a man stranded in the wilderness."
- Returning after a special sneak preview screening at last year's Ithaca Fantastik Fest, Lords of Chaos is a remarkably true-life story from the dawn of the Norwegian Black Metal scene in the 1990s. The film follows the launch of the band Mayhem and its sometimes violent fall-out. Don't miss this special limited engagement that kicks off with a Fantastik Film Friday event from our friends at Ithaca Fantastik!
