| | SCHEDULE OF SHOWTIMES FEB 1 - FEB 7 ALL SHOWTIMES BELOW VALID BEGINNING FRI, FEB 1 |
| | Greetings, Cinemapolitans! |
| We're starting February fresh off the Academy Award nominations with one new opener and the special return of a nominated favorite: - Nominated for Best Foreign Language Film, Cold War is the latest from Polish Oscar winner Pawel Pawlikowski (Ida). It tracks the decades-spanning romance of Wiktor and Irena, a pair of musicians attempting to preserve European folk music before it vanishes. Leslie Felperin of the Hollywood Reporter calls it "bittersweet and unbearably lovely, a sad ballad of two lovers who can't stand to stay apart but also sometimes can't stand each other either."
- AND, returning for a special limited engagement to celebrate its multiple Oscar nominations, don't miss your extra chance to catch Melissa McCarthy and Richard E. Grant in Can You Ever Forgive Me?
All that, and some special events are on the way, as well, including one THIS WEDNESDAY: |
| | | | While you’re planning your next week at the movies, get in soon to catch A Star Is Born. It has its last screenings THIS Thursday, January 31st!
