Greetings, Cinemapolitans,

After more than a year away, we're excited to announce the return of National Theatre Live to our screens this week. LIVE theatre from London's West End gallops back onto the big screen with special encore presentations of the National Theatre's award winning production of War Horse.

Now seen by more than 8 million people around the world, this powerfully moving and imaginative drama is a show of phenomenal inventiveness. At its heart are astonishing life-size puppets by South Africa’s Handspring Puppet Company, who bring breathing, galloping, charging horses to thrilling life on stage. Two chances to see it — Thursday, December 16 at 6:30 pm, and again on Saturday, December 18 at 1:30.

It's another premiere weekend, so you should get in soon to catch Benedetta and Wolf. They have their final screenings on Thursday, December 16th!

ALSO, please note that Wednesday, December 22nd is our annual Staff Appreciation Day, and the theater will be closed to the public. Regular screenings will resume on December 23rd.
