How did you get on with Day 2 of the Challenge? Did you join me for the 5 Minute Motivation Session? If so, I really hope you found it useful. Visualisation is something so few people remember to do but is actually one of the things that can make the biggest differences to your chances of success! If you haven’t watched it already, I highly recommend you do.
