I hope you enjoyed Day 1 and found it really valuable? Having already been there, where you are right now at the beginning of a new chapter, I remember the mix of excitement of wondering "will this be the time it works?" mixed with age-old scepticism of thinking how unlikely it is given a past of yo-yoing up and down the scales! I totally understand that. But I really do want you to do all you can to hold any scepticism you have back and replace it, whole-heartedly, with an openness and willingness to try something new. Why? Because I know it works; I’m the proof and I really want it to work for you too and will do all I can to help you get there!
As for your 'assignment', I always get excited to hear about what motivates people. As I explained yesterday, mine was all around my son not getting bullied, but there are so many things that can motivate us and get us into the right head space, so if you haven’t already, share yours with the group. You’ll be surprised how much hearing about others motivators can help you with your own.
5 MINUTE MOTIVATION SESSION: Today at 10am
Don’t forget, each day at 10am we are going to have a quick 5 minute Live session in the group to get motivated and into the perfect frame of mind for the day ahead. The techniques I will share with you during these sessions are things you can use going forward to help keep you on track, so I really do recommend you come along at 10am. As always though, don’t worry if you can’t make it, they will be on replay.
Day 2 of the Challenge at 6pm is all about what you should eat to lose weight…. and probably the biggest single problem people have….SNACKING! Sound familiar? If so, good because you’re going to LOVE what I’ve got in store for you!
