Well, we are here. The 5th and final day of our Challenge and I hope you’ve found it REALLY helpful and motivating and you’re ready to start your own successful weight loss journey?
But as we all know from years of yo-yo dieting, it isn’t just about losing weight. It’s about the journey and making sure we keep it off! Sure, I’ve lost weight before; I’m sure we all have to a greater or lesser degree, but this is the first time I’ve ever confidently kept it off, knowing I had the tools and techniques to rely on that would keep me where I am. And so today’s Challenge is all about that final piece of the jigsaw - how to lose weight AND KEEP IT OFF so you really can say you’ve dieted for the last time ever!
There’s a lot to fit in so todays final session will be a bit longer so if you can, try and set aside a little more time… not least because I’ll be announcing the results of the competition and will also be giving away some extra stuff too to help you on your way.
Finally, I know one of the things that scares people about losing weight is LOOSE SKIN! I totally get it. It was a very real concern for me but although I’ve not got 'perfect' skin, it’s honestly not anywhere near as bad as it could have been for the amount I’ve lost and so I want to share with you how I achieved that without ever having to step in a gym or go near a surgeons knife! You see, I don’t want the worry of loose skin to be the reason why you don’t keep going on a weight loss journey and so after thinking long and hard about this, I’ve decided the only way I’m actually going to get you to believe me, is to show you! 😳 Soooo…. Despite my better judgement and fears but in the hope it helps and inspires you, I’ll show you what my stomach currently looks like. I’ll show you my 'loose skin' so you can see what results I got from the steps I took to minimise it. Gulp!
As always, don’t forget our 5 Minute Motivation Session at 10am this morning. For our final day, I’m going to share a really simple, yet remarkably effective & valuable technique for getting through a difficult moment. It’s a technique I used almost every day of my journey and so I know it’ll be just great for you too.
