Aloha Splash
Our school's very own water fun and sports festival, Aloha Splash, returns to its Songkran roots this year. On 26 April, it will once again get pretty wet and fun for students in grades 1–12 when they participate in mixed-age groups playing sports and games of skill.
Each class from grades 5–11 organizes a game that somehow involves water or getting wet. Beginning at 7:30 a.m., classes prepare their game stations, and at 8:00 a.m. the games begin for all students in grades 1 through 11, culminating in the class-mixed relay race.
Lunch is served, as usual, at the school. School ends at 1:30 p.m. for all students in grades 1 and above. There will be no afternoon classes on this day.
This day is, of course, free of school uniforms and you are welcome to wear swimwear under your casual clothes. Tip: Don't forget a towel and a change of clothes for the trip home! |
