A Non-Dual Approach to integrating Tibetan Yoga and Full Presence Mindfulness

Timeless Presence

A Non-Dual Approach to integrating Tibetan Yoga and Full Presence Mindfulness
with Ignacio Ercole

Thursdays 7am - 8am PST from September 12 - October 10, 2024

Join us for a transformative class that blends the ancient wisdom of Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga with the profound insights of Full Presence Mindfulness. Kum Nye, rooted in traditional Tibetan healing, offers simple yet powerful postures and movements designed to activate and vitalize your body's energy centers, fostering balance and well-being.

By integrating Full Presence Mindfulness, this practice invites you to move beyond the limitations of a self-centered perspective. As you transcend the constraints of the ego, you open yourself to a richer experience of existence, filled with wisdom and bliss.

In this class, you'll learn to heal and energize your entire being. The combination of Kum Nye's healing movements and the non-dual vision of Full Presence Mindfulness creates a powerful synergy that can lead to profound transformation. This is your invitation to explore and embody a state of unity and presence, where mind, body, and spirit are in perfect harmony.

2024 Bay Area Queer Zine Fest!

Sunday, September 8th from 11am - 5pm

We are thrilled to announce our acceptance into the 2024 Bay Area Queer Zine Fest! Join us on Sunday, September 8th, at the new downtown Oakland venue Scene (274 12th St) from 11am - 5pm, where we will showcase two of our publications: In Visible Mind and NowHere.

This year, BAQZF embraces the theme of “luck,” celebrating the vibrant queer DIY community that unites LGBTQIA+ creatives from the Bay Area and beyond. Now in its 7th year, BAQZF continues to foster an inclusive, community-oriented event, highlighting contemporary LGBTQIA+ voices in visual and literary arts, comics, and independent publishing. The event at Scene aims to inspire and galvanize both peers and aspiring zinesters to create a world reflective of their experiences.

Bay Area Queer Zine Fest is free and open to the public. Masks and social distancing will be enforced throughout the event.

The Center for Creative Inquiry (CCI) explores alternate forms of knowledge and inquiry and their potential to bring about fundamental change at the individual, cultural, and social level.

CCI headquarters is located at the Mangalam Center in downtown Berkeley, California, USA.
