With opportunities to submit your work to our blog, New Perspectives on Creative Inquiry

October 2021 News

Visit the new creativeinquiry.org

We are publishing weekly content inspired by the Time, Space, Knowledge vision and mindful engagement with our reality.

The online blog, New Perspectives on Creative Inquiry, will present writings, reflections and artistic pieces to inspire new ideas, new explorations, and new questions, sparking opportunities to tap into the richness and multidimensionality of experience. Our growing list of authors include Michael Gray, David Filippone and Caroline Sherwood.

Join our community of inquiry in the discussion forums, where FPM or TSK students, practitioners and enthusiasts from around the world can engage each other and share their own explorations. Forums are arranged by both topics and the medium of exploration, including poetry, music, and visual arts.

Our programs calendar will list all CCI events, classes, and retreats. We have just wrapped up our 2021 offerings, so check back soon for our 2022 schedule.

Center for Creative Inquiry has launched a new online magazine featuring TSK-inspired content, including essays, poems, photographs, and other artistic reflections related to the Time, Space, Knowledge vision. We will be running contests with a different theme every eight weeks. We are currently accepting submissions inspired by "Reflections of the Moon" with a submission deadline of October 29, 2021:

If the eye sees the moon reflected in the waters of a river, the present experience is the continuously changing flow of water illuminated by the light of the moon. But then we name it, calling it ‘the reflection of the moon.’ We verify the truth of that name in each succeeding moment. Repeatedly confirming the echo of our initial perception, we perceive a static image of the moon, while the ‘present’ play of light on water recedes from view.

The Center for Creative Inquiry (CCI) explores alternate forms of knowledge and inquiry and their potential to bring about fundamental change at the individual, cultural, and social level.

CCI headquarters is located at the Mangalam Center in downtown Berkeley, California, USA.
