Subject: This week at the Nutcracker Village...

Today, we celebrate the Feast of the fourth century martyr, Lucy, or Santa Lucia. Traditionally pictured with a wreath of candles on her head, she used their light to guide her way as she carried bread to hiding, persecuted Christians in the Roman empire. Lucy heroically suffered torture and death at a young age for her faith. Find our St. Lucy nutcracker on the Nutcracker Village Map, and pay her a visit this week!
