St. Paul refers to the Word of God as our spiritual weapon (2 Corinthians 10:4). The rosary, in essence, is the Bible on a set of beads, making it our spiritual sword. It remains one of the most powerful weapons we have in our spiritual arsenal. Deriving mysteries directly from the New Testament, the rosary is our spiritual weapon that has fought wars, Satan, and our sinful selves. Reciting Hail Mary's while meditating on the mysteries is like beautiful background music to a scene. It is also the scourge of the devil as the mantra (Hail Mary) contains the very first words of our salvation. In times where we are in the most need of God's saving grace, let us allow Mary to lead us to Christ, and fight the sin's of ourselves and the world. | | "If you say the Rosary faithfully until death, I do assure you that, in spite of the gravity of your sins, you shall receive a never-fading crown of glory." | | | |
