Subject: Nelson Gifts Wholesale Term Updates

To Our Valued Wholesale Customers,

As you are all well aware, the past few years have been a tumultuous time for businesses in all markets; prices have increased, labor has become harder to find, and spending has decreased. Through all of this, however, we have been blessed enough to keep our prices relatively stable, while maintaining the level of quality you have all come to expect from us.

Unfortunately, as we approach the end of the year and have begun to look back, we are realizing that we cannot continue down the path we have been on. With that in mind, we are implementing the following changes in our wholesale policy. These changes will take effect on Nov. 6th of 2023.

All Warehouse and Dropship discounts will continue to be set at 50% MSRP.

All framed art, with the exception of matted framed art, will be upgraded from glass to canvas.

Dropship orders will be limited to only our larger Stations of the Cross and our Church Framed Art, which includes anything that is 24”x36” or larger.

All dropship orders will now have a 20% fee attached, as opposed to the flat rate previously used.

Due to an increase in cancelled orders, any orders cancelled after two business days of being placed will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

In addition to these changes, we have also begun making price increases on our various platforms. These pricing changes are being implemented more slowly due to our large amount of products, and our desire to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone involved. We will be releasing updated price sheets and new catalogues soon.
