Since 1994, our skilled Steubenville-based woodworkers have lovingly and carefully crafted every solid oak kneeler, or prie-dieu, by hand. Christians have used these prayer tools for centuries to enable penitents to properly kneel in prayer while maintaining an upright posture. This posture not only enables the use of one’s hands in praying the rosary or holding a prayer book, but also orients the body and directs the face toward gazing upon a crucifix in silent contemplation.
Made from solid oak, 100% made in the U.S.A., each kneeler measures 32-1/2” tall, 18” deep, and 21” wide, and has a small interior shelf for rosaries and prayer booklets that is 4-1/2” deep.
May our Patron, St. Maximilian Kolbe, be with you as you offer your heart and your petitions to Our Lord Jesus Christ, through his Blessed Mother.
