In December of 2020, Pope Francis proclaimed a "Year of St. Joseph" which will last until December 8th of this year. During this special year, we are called to spend time learning more about St. Joseph and devote ourselves more deeply to him. We can do this by trying to imitate St. Joseph's virtues, offering more prayers to St. Joseph, participating in the 33-day consecration to him, and much more. Increasing our devotion to St. Joseph will undoubtedly unlock many special graces this year. For as St. Peter Julian Eymard once wrote:
"Devotion to St. Joseph is one of the choicest graces that God can give to a soul, for it is tantamount to revealing the entire treasury of our Lord’s graces. When God wishes to raise a soul to greater heights, he unites it to St. Joseph by giving it a strong love for the good saint."
