Work started in Levenshulme, in-situ heat pump performance and more... 👷♀️Hi Friend,
This month we have said some goodbyes to members of staff who have contributed greatly to Carbon Co-op, and we wish Sophie Norton and Laurence Young all the best with their future adventures!
We have also been excited to start the building work in the Levenshulme Area Based Scheme. With works expected to be finished in the early winter this is going to be a busy autumn and we are excited to see the project progress. You can learn more about the project and what is involved in this latest update from Helen Grimshaw.
September's EcoHome Lab, taking place next week will host Colin Meek of RB&M who will be presenting his latest work on UK in-situ heat pump performance in an online session. Make sure to sign up!
We wrapped up a series of workshops in collaboration with researchers from the University College London (UCL). These workshops brought together various members and supporters through a game-like exercise based on the concept of a collective 'shared battery'. If you want to learn more about this project, its findings, and even add to our findings we will be hosting an in person EcoHome Lab in October. |
