Campus Event Summary
Staff Assignments | October 10–16

Happy Saturday!

Below are the Family Camp Staff Assignments for your review. If a particular assignment will not work for you, please let us know. We're happy to readjust things as needed. These links will be updated regularly, so please reference this email for the most up to date version.

Event Summary (Updated) please note the upcoming meetings listed in this document.

Please contact your Family Camp group leader/supervisor to ensure you are aware of any meetings/responsibilities in correlation with your assignment. If you will be volunteering during Family Camp, please contact us for your volunteer meal card. (Concessions and Dining Room Personnel will have access to department specific cards.) Also, please be sure to track your hours on the linked activity log and return it to Operations.

Maj. Horsman will give our regular Family Camp Briefing this Wednesday during the weekly staff meeting. All activity coordinators and Gym Hosts are asked to stay after lunch to receive further information on their responsibilities (see the Event Summary for updated meeting times).

Again, this year's Family Camp shirts can be purchased from the Camp Office in the Sports Complex starting Friday, October 9. We're planning a group picture (in our new shirts) after our kick off meeting Saturday, October 10, so if you'd like to join us, we'd love to have you!

Thank you for all your work. We are so blessed to serve these families alongside of you all. If it's helpful, below are the COVID Protocols as communicated to our guests.

Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns.
"Thankfully, much of Family Camp is outdoors allowing all of us to spread out and enjoy good, clean air! While we really hope you are able to join us, if you have experienced symptoms of COVID–19 or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID within 2 weeks of Family Camp, please reschedule your visit for next year. We would be happy to process your full refund.

During camp, guests are requested to wear masks when unable to maintain 6 feet of distance between family units. We will be making provision for social distancing wherever possible, including both an indoor and outdoor viewing location for our regular camp meetings. Due to the close proximity of certain activities, masks will be required in the Dining Room, Tower, Sewing Crafts, and Plane Rides.

Please wash and sanitize your hands often. If you will be eating with us in the Dining Room, masks will be required unless you are seated at the table with two empty seats between family units. Again, our staff is concerned for your safety and will be monitoring our own temperatures daily. Our full COVID Protocols are also posted online. Let us know if you have questions."
