Leadership Corner | Capt. Boulden
Great organizations work together as a unified team. Many of organizations find themselves under attack by one or more of Five Habits that Kill Team Unity: Poor Communication, Gossip, Unresolved Disagreements, Lack of Shared Purpose, and Sanctioned Incompetence. Fighting against these enemies will help us build unity within our ministry and be effective ministers of the gospel.
Basic Training Update | Capt. Boulden
Unit 60 finished up their second week of training and overall are doing very well. All of the men successfully completed their Micro and 3-Hour hikes last week which was a good confidence booster for all of them. This coming week will consist of river crossing, rappelling, and extended ropes and knots training. The men will also be participating in their 6-Hour Hike towards the end of the week, so please be in continued prayer for safety and good weather. Thank you all for your continued prayer and support for the men and leadership of Unit 60.
