| Battalion Update Training is going well for all the men in the Battalion. Second Phase is working through High Angle Rescue and Leadership Training. Leadership Class has been going over Leadership Fundamentals and Goal Setting while the EMT students have been learning basic EMS operating procedures and anatomy & physiology.
Notes from the SMAJ Dept:
- Battalion is in training. They have class and homework and very busy lives. Any requests for help on work projects, moving furniture, or any extra-curricular work must be cleared through the SMAJ department.
- If you would like to have any of the Battalion men to your home for a meal and/or fellowship time, it must be run by the Sergeant Major first.
- If you are uncomfortable with any interactions the Battalion men are having with your family, or members of your family, please speak with the Sergeant Major instead of the man individually.

| Leadership Corner | Maj. Boulden Teams move to the speed of trust. The more trust we have for each other the faster our team will move towards it's biggest goals. One of the best ways we can build that is to be "authentic" in our leadership. Authentic Leaders Have Insight, Demonstrate Initiative, Exert Influence, Have Impact, and Exercise Integrity.
