Department Billing Reminder | Finance Department
All staff should be aware that before billing any expenditures or payroll hours to another department, staff members must receive approval from the appropriate department head even if the activity has been authorized by senior-level administration. Please have the department director (of the department being charged) sign the receipt before it is turned into Finance.

This policy also applies to ministry-owned living quarters where occupants must first get approval from the Facilities Department before incurring any type of repair/improvement expenditure.

Please note that any pre-approved facility expenditures should be turned into Crystal Dudley at the Annex. All other expenditures may be turned into the Finance Department on the 3rd floor of the Admin.
Family Week and Family Day
These events are unique opportunities for families to come and serve alongside like-minded guests and campus staff by aiding in cleaning, landscaping, and other work projects. Families are invited to experience “the other side” of the ministry while being a blessing to both staff and those whom we serve. This is a wonderful opportunity for our staff to invest in and build relationships with the families who attend. For more information about Family Week or Family Day, please visit the linked websites or contact the ATI Department.
