Leadership Corner: Three Questions
Performing "After-Action Reviews" with your team can help clarify expectations and give you a better understanding on how to support your team.

1) “What can we celebrate?” — Ask for the latest successes or challenges that were overcome and/or what tasks were most enjoyed.
2) "Which areas need some work?” — Ask what challenges the team is facing or what skill/behaviors need to be improved.
3) “What do you need from me?" Help support employees by asking longer-term questions to find out what they would like to do next or what resources they need.
Battalion Update | Capt. Vanderford
The EMT students will have a pretty busy week as there will be men out on clinical shifts Tuesday – Friday. The rest of the courses continue with class as normal. Please pray that God will be bringing heart-level change in the men during these final 3 weeks of the Quarter.

The Battalion will be doing a Memorial Day Murph at some point in the morning on May 31, two weeks from today. We would love to have any men on campus join us. Keep your eyes open for more details.

Basic Training Week Eight
Five days and counting! The days are long but the weeks are short in Basic Training. This week will mostly consist of the Unit's preparation for Advancement Day on Friday. Thank you for all the prayers and support during these last 7 weeks of training for Unit 64. They have been very much appreciated.
