| Campus and Home Water Conservation As we continue with the process of the reconditioning of the campus wells, we are very close to completing the reconditioning of the first well. We are praying that as we complete this process on each of the wells, it will improve the flow rate and correct the iron problems we have been having in the wells. So far, things are looking promising. However, as Nathan and Jared will be working on this in the months ahead, it is important for all of us to have a mentality of conserving water. As the summer months approach, water usage tends to increase and so we are very thankful for any and all conservation efforts that you can make that will save water and help to keep the monthly water expense as low as possible.

| Staff Dorm Cleaning As we continue to navigate staffing transitions and anticipate multiple events in the days ahead, if anyone is available to help us tackle another Staff Dorm Cleaning, we'd love your help! Anyone who is interested can join us on Tuesday, May 28, at Dogwood at 8:30 AM. This would be paid time for any available employees. Coffee and treats will be provided—hope you can join us!

| Battalion Update | Capt. Vanderford The Dive unit headed out early this morning for dive training in Panama City, Florida. Missions is scheduled to leave on Thursday for their trip to Northern Iraq, and Construction is scheduled to return on Friday from their nearly three-week trip to Alaska. EMT has completed two great weeks of clinicals and will be in class on campus this week. It is easy for the guys and leaders alike to check out or shift into “coast mode” for the last few weeks. Please pray for the men to continue applying themselves both in their skills training and in their personal disciplines. Pray also that all of us in leadership would have endurance and eyes to see important opportunities around us.

| Basic Training Update | Capt. Hawley This past weekend, Unit 70 successfully passed their Saturday inspection! This week, the men will be participating in their Solo Hike and the Basic Responder Challenge (Wednesday–Saturday). During these two events, the men will be tested in almost every area of training that they have received so far. Please pray that the men will continue to push themselves through the end of Basic Training and not miss the lessons they have yet to learn.
