| Battalion Update | Capt. Vanderford This week, Missions and Colonel Behr are in the Fort Worth area helping support a convention there. Please pray for good opportunities for them to have engaging conversations and boldness to share the gospel as God brings those opportunities along. God is doing good work in the lives of the men in the Battalion. Please pray for God to continue His work in the men’s lives to make each of us more like Christ and for strength and wisdom for the leadership team.

| Basic Training Update | Maj. Boulden One week down and 8 to go! Thank you to everyone who came out to support us this last Monday evening. It was very much appreciated. The men have adjusted well to life in Basic Training and moving into this week they will advance in both their camping and hiking skills along with more advanced land navigation skills. Be in specific prayer for the men as we will be on our 3-Hour Hike this Friday. Just a friendly reminder to acknowledge our road barriers that are up. This is both for your safety and the safety of our men in training. Thank you again for all your prayers and support during this adventure.

| Leadership Corner | Maj. Boulden In all the ups and downs of ministry, it can feel like things aren't going the way we planned. Perspective is key in times like this. When everything is said and done we have many things to be grateful for.
How do we express gratitude? Here are some ideas: List out 3-5 things you’re grateful for each day. Give someone a hug and tell them why you’re grateful for their friendship. Journal about how gratitude makes you feel. Pray out loud to God about what you’re grateful for. Do something for another person that they would be grateful for.
Gratitude is a powerful weapon. It can be used anytime, anywhere, by anybody.
How will you use gratitude today?
