Prayer and Fasting | Dr. Levendusky Wednesday, April 19 is our day this month to set aside for prayer and fasting.
Seek ye the LORD, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid in the day of the LORD'S anger. (Zephaniah 2:3)
As the prophet Zephaniah’s message helped prepare for the revival in Judah that occurred under King Josiah, we can be a significant part of our nation’s return to the Lord. I am grateful for the many prayers that you as staff and families offer up so that the Lord would be glorified, genuine ministry would take place, and lives would be reached for Jesus Christ. Please plan to set aside Wednesday for this special day to seek the Lord together.

| Battalion Update | Capt. Vanderford Things went very well for the EMT and Construction units who returned from their respective trips this past weekend. The Missions unit left on Sunday for a two-week trip to serve at Good News Boys home in Indiana and attend a missions training course called Wayumi in Central Pennsylvania. The Battalion will be on deployment status for the Family Conference beginning Saturday. Please pray for growth in the men's lives in the next two weeks and for a great trip for the Missions guys.

| Basic Training Update | Maj. Boulden In Basic Training the days are long, but the weeks are short. This week the men will continue their training in ropes systems by taking classes in 9-1 Pully System and Basic First Aid Training, as well as some more navigational field exercises. They will also take their next big step in endurance training with the 12-Hour hike. Please continue to be in prayer for these men as they tackle each obstacle that comes their way.
