Staff Lunch Dish Crew Teams
The following Staff Lunch Dish Crews have been arranged to help share the load of cleanup after staff lunch each week. Please find a substitute for yourself and notify your team leader if you will not be there on your week.

Please note that everyone will still be responsible to clean/sweep under their own tables in the Dining Room. Of course, additional help in the kitchen and dining room is always welcome!
Prayer and Fasting | Dr. Levendusky
At the mid-point of April it would be appropriate to call for a day of prayer and fasting on Friday, April 16. Our noon day meeting in the Faculty Dining Room will include a 15-minute video message on prayer taped earlier this month.
Staff Text Loop for Conference
If you would like to ensure you are on our staff texting loop for conference, please reply to this email.

Staddon/Frazer Wedding | RSVP
Jonathan and Esther's wedding is right here on campus! The wedding will be at an unknown time after 1:30 pm on May 15, when the trumpet sounds. You should be able to hear the trumpet if you are visiting with guests near the main buildings on campus or in campus housing. Once you hear the trumpet, please head towards the chapel for the ceremony! RSVP is required on our website by April 15. (We are excited to provide dinner at no cost to our guests, so thank you for helping us with our planning!) We hope you can come and celebrate with us! Wedding invitation linked here.
Welcome Joseph Patrick!
Daniel and Kathryn welcomed Joseph Patrick Triumph on Wednesday, April 7 at 4:14 AM. Joseph weighed 8lbs 6oz and measured 19.5 inches long. Thank you so much for your prayers—both Kathryn and Joseph are doing well! If you would like to provide a meal for them during this time, you can do so here.
Staff Mosquito Fogging | Facilities
We want to let everyone know that Mosquito Authority may be coming out to spray for mosquitoes in the next few weeks (most likely after the Family Conference). If you would like the area around your house treated, please let Susanna Kientz know by April 21 by emailing sbkientz@iblp.org. The final cost for this treatment will be $53.04. Once we have a confirmed date, payment should be given to Finance as soon as possible, preferably before they spray your location.
Esther Staddon's Wedding Shower
Ladies (of all ages), please come join us in celebrating the upcoming marriage of Esther Staddon and Jonathan Frazer with a bridal shower and an evening of fellowship! We are rejoicing in the Lord's work of this beautiful love story and want to make the most of these weeks with Esther before she moves to Canada.

COVID Update
This important video was taken March 26, 2021 at the Lt. Governor’s office in Idaho in a presentation by Dr. Ryan Cole, a medical doctor who has training and experience treating COVID-19 patients. His message is encouraging (the pandemic is past), instructive (regarding Vit. D, zinc, ivermectin), and motivating to help friends and family. May this message benefit you in your personal care and the care of those who you help and influence.
Blood Drive
Carter BloodCare is returning for a blood drive Saturday, May 8 from 11 AM to 5 PM in the Teakwood Room. Sign up sheet is linked here. Thank you for supporting the community and helping to save lives in this way!

Leadership Corner: The Speed of Trust
Teams move to the speed of trust. How we interact with people on a daily basis either builds or breaks our teams. Trust is built daily — the better the trust, the more your people are willing to work and sacrifice.

This week, let's build trust by
Clarifying expectations
Acknowledge good performance
Give and receive feedback
Keep your commitments
Be loyal to the absent
Apologize sincerely
Listen to concerns

Put someone's name by each one and then go out and build some trust!

Battalion Update | Capt. Vanderford
Missions class left yesterday for their second week of rebuild work in LaGrange TX. Next week they will travel to Pennsylvania for a weeklong missions training camp with Ethnos360, and then Lord willing, the next week to Mexico for about a 10-day trip. Needless to say, things will be very busy for them. The EMT's have begun clinical shifts and will continue this interspersed with class days for the next several weeks. The flight students are progressing along one step at a time and are each building new skills toward their end goal of getting their pilot certificates. CST is busy as always as they help the various departments in getting ready for the fast-approaching conference.
Basic Training: Week Three
Week three of Basic Training is off and running! The men will spend most of the week building on their navigation and ropes and knots skills and taking different classes on First Aid. At the end of this week, the men will be doing the 15-mile 6-Hour Hike. Please be in prayer for them as we continue to ramp up the pressure and "forge" these men for the Kingdom.
