Staff Dorm Cleaning
If anyone is interested/available to help us tackle another Staff Dorm Cleaning, Wednesday, March 6, that would be great! We will meet at Dogwood at 8:30 AM. Please reach out to Mrs. Weiss for your preferred cleaning assignment. This would be paid time for any available employees. Coffee and treats will be provided—hope you can join us!
Single Staff Thursday Fellowship Update
Please be sure to wear walking shoes this Thursday. We will also go slightly longer this week—we're looking forward to having you!
Scenarios Friday
For those living on front campus, please be aware that 2nd Phase will be doing scenarios most of Friday, starting with an active-shooter situation at midnight in Aspen. They will be using many areas of the campus and utilizing multiple emergency vehicles and equipment.

If you're interested in volunteering to be a victim, we'd love to have you! Please sign up here and add your name in the "Volunteer Victim" section of the scenario you would like to participate in. We couldn't do this without you!

Fishing on Lake Loma
In an effort to improve the health of our lake’s fish populations, we are going to require fishermen to only take bass that are 13 inches or under until after the spawning season (May 15.) If you want to transfer any bass to the farm ponds on the southeast end of the campus, you may stock them there for a stronger population in those two bodies of water. Also, in order to provide a good food supply for the bass, our lake consultant advised a healthy population of panfish, including sunfish, bream, or crappie. Please do not remove any sunfish or crappie until May 15. If you have further questions, please contact Chris Overby.
Trash Pick Up
In an effort to invest in our community as well as honor our responsibilities to the Adopt-a-Highway program, everyone is invited to participate in a trash pick up on Highway 80. This volunteer event will be from 2–4 PM on Saturday, March 16. If you're available, please contact Nate Paine at ext. 2157. Hope you can join us! (Also, if you have spare grocery sacks around the house, these can be easier to use during trash pick up than larger, heavier trash bags.)
Battalion Update | Capt. Vanderford
L&C returned a week ago and 2nd Phase returned Saturday evening from their respective trips. The three-week 2nd Phase trip was a big undertaking, but it went well for the most part. The diving was affected by some sickness that was making the rounds, but the guys should be able to wrap up their requirements this week and still receive their certifications. This week will include some final class as well as 2nd Phase end scenarios. Units in training next quarter are Cadre, Construction, Diving, EMT, and Missions. Please pray for God’s work both in the men going home and the men staying on until next quarter.
