Unit 61 Welcome Reception | Maj. Boulden Everyone is invited to join us for dinner in the Dining Room on Thursday, March 21 as we welcome the men of Unit 61 to the program. Dinner will be provided at no cost to the staff at 5:30 PM. Afterwards, there will be a short charge from Col. Behr and then a very laid back, welcoming time of fellowship with cookies and punch. The goal is for these new men to realize that we are here for them and that they are the "mission." Hope you can join us and don't forget your name tags! |

| Battalion Update | Maj. Boulden Unit 61 begins this Thursday, March 21, with three days of Catalyst Training. R-Night is Monday, March 25 at 6:30 PM. Again, please avoid using the back campus road by the Basic Training Barracks.
The new semester started this morning with men going into Flight, CST, MRT, Tech-Rescue, Professional Diving, and Cadre. Please be in prayer for the men as they set off on their new training venue of choice.

Boulden As we jump from one semester to another, I want us to step back for a moment and think not just about the people we are serving but about the people we are serving with. Remember that when we ask someone to do something—anything—it's costing them something. Our people are our best and most valuable resource. How do you treat them? Generosity is the hallmark of leaders who win. Here are a few other things you can also do to show your team that you care—get to know them, catch them doing something right, and give them some down time.
