| Prayer and Fasting We will have a longer time of prayer and fasting during our noon prayer time next Tuesday, February 12 as we specifically lift up the upcoming ALERT Reunion.

| New Zealand Slideshow Linked is a slideshow of the New Zealand Family Conference which just concluded with the Wilkes, Cleators, and Jen Solberg serving there from America. Jen ran a version of the ALERT Cadet Challenge for the fathers and sons of Australia and New Zealand. May there be many others who benefit from the Family Conferences, Cadet programs, and other ministries throughout 2019.

| Journey to the Heart The Journey to the Heart office is excited to invite any staff young people to attend the Big Sandy Journeys in the spring of 2019 at no cost. We hope this invitation gives interested individuals enough time to arrange their schedules for the new year. | Battalion Update | Maj. Boulden ERT arrived safely back on campus yesterday after a successful three weeks in Florida diving and assisting in two separate deployments. This week they will finish sawyer training and move into High Angle Rescue.
MRT also returned with ERT and will be spending the next two weeks cleaning up from the previous deployments and helping prepare for the ALERT Reunion.
Leadership Class will continue their writing course with Miss Blair. Everyone is invited to the Auditorium this Friday, February 8 at 4:30 PM to support the Leadership Class in their final speeches. |
| Leadership Corner | Maj. Boulden As we continue to press on, our patience can run thin and it's easy to drift into conflict with each other. Unresolved differences can grow into unseen "monsters" crouching beneath the surface causing cracks in our relationships. As we come across these tough situations, don't forget to PAUSE: Pray, Affirm, Understand, Search, and Evaluate. More about PAUSE. |
