| Battalion Update After a smooth and enjoyable Dive Trip, 2nd phase returned from Miami Sunday afternoon. The weather was perfect, and our dive in the ocean last Friday had the best conditions we've had in years. One of the highlights of the trip was when a student located a bag of guns during search practice and calling police to come investigate. 2nd phase will be doing medical class this week before leaving next weekend for 3 different service deployments for about two weeks. L&C is returning from their DC trip today and will begin their public speaking class tomorrow. |

How can we ensure these run well? 1) Celebrate. Where did you see God at work? 2) Evaluate. Evaluate what took place during the previous week and provide accountability. 3. Forecast. What is your team working on this week? What's one thing you can accomplish this week that would be a game-changer for the ministry? 4) Encourage. Motivate your team for the week ahead. 5) Pray. Celebrate the progress and seek God's favor for the work ahead. |
