Leaves Pick Up Landscape will be picking up leaves/pine needles from Faculty Row curbside next Tuesday, December 11. Sticks can be placed in a separate pile and will be picked up as well. |

Auto Shop Hours The Auto Shop will be closed from December 14 through January 1. If you have any anticipated vehicle or fuel needs, please have these arranged by Thursday, December 13 at 12 noon. |

ALERT Store Inventory If anyone is available and interested in assisting with the ALERT Store inventory, please contact Mr. Allison at 903-445-1318.

Mail Room Mr. Allison will continue the outgoing mail service through the end of the year, except for staff holidays. Please contact him directly with specific questions. Incoming mail will also be processed as usual. Between December 16 and December 31, please continue to check your mail for bills and invoices that may be sent to your attention. These invoices should not be held over into the new year. If you are unable to check your mail since you will be gone, please designate an appropriate individual to properly handle these matters before the end of 2018. |

Campus Shut Down As we prepare for the holidays and many go out of town for vacation, please leave buildings locked and lights shut off to conserve energy. Also, if you notice a building feels warm when it is not being used, please contact Facilities promptly. |

Journey to the Heart The Journey to the Heart office is excited to invite any staff young people to attend the Big Sandy Journeys in the spring of 2019 at no cost. We hope this invitation gives interested individuals enough time to arrange their schedules for the new year.
