Staff Dorm Cleaning
There will be a Staff Dorm Cleaning this Thursday, October 31 at 8:30 AM in front of Dogwood. This will be paid time for all employees. Sign up sheets will be in the Field House or you can contact Mrs. Weiss (813-951-3522) directly. Coffee and muffins will be provided. Costumes are optional. Thank you for your support as we help Housekeeping prepare for Advancement and Grad! 
Prayer and Fasting
This Friday we will have a ministry-wide day of prayer and fasting for some of the following needs: ALERT Basic Training/Advancement (Nov. 22), Journey to the Heart in FL (Oct. 28–Nov. 2), International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church (Sunday, Nov. 3), IBLP and ALERT Board meeting (Nov. 4-5), and the upcoming Veteran's Banquet (Nov. 11).
Waller Family Meal Train
If you are interested in providing a meal for the Adam and David Waller families as we all grieve the absence of Rebecca, please visit the Waller Family Meal Train.
Veterans Banquet RSVP
Our upcoming Veterans Banquet will be held Nov. 11 at 6:30 PM in the Gym. This meal is free for our Veteran/First Responders and is available to our staff for $4.25/adult and $2.50/child. Please RSVP through the link below. 
Staff Fall Party
Staff and Battalion are invited to the Overby home (7243 White Oak Rd), November 18 at 6:00 pm for a fun time of fellowship, toasty bonfire, and hay rides. Staff Families, please bring your favorite chili and dessert to share. The Kitchen will be providing chili toppings, drinks, and s'mores. Please bring lawn chairs and don't forget to dress comfy and warm!

Tornado Siren Testing
We will be testing the tornado siren next Monday, November 4 at 10 AM. 
Hunting
Gun season starts this Saturday, Nov. 2. All staff wishing to hunt are required to text Maj. Horsman the day prior to hunting with the stand location and approximate start time in the woods. On campus TPWD deer tags can be picked up anytime from Maj. Horsman. All hikers wanting to go north of the lake, east to the farm ponds, or into Area 13, please wear bright colored clothing in the woods or on the trails.
Battalion Update
CST returned from deployment to the Northwoods last night. The Battalion will resume their regular training schedule this week and next. 

Basic Training: Unit 62 is halfway done! The men are in Survival Week and will be living across the lake learning about wilderness survival skills.
