| Leadership Corner | Capt. Boulden Leaders can stunt the growth of their organizations by getting stuck in a position of running everything themselves. This is often unintentionally caused by Confusion, Identity, and Loss of Mission. More about the Three Reasons Leaders Get Stuck. |
| Basic Training Update | Capt. Boulden Week Six is in the books! The Unit did very well on their 24 Hour Endurance Hike and braved the rain and the cold successfully. This coming week is called Nav-Med Week or Navigational/Medical Week. During this week the men will be given multiple scenarios where they will be tested on all the skills that they have been taught this far. They will be tested on their land navigation, first aid, ropes and knots, lashing, teamwork, and leadership skills. Please continue to keep the men in your prayers as we enter these last three weeks of Basic Training.
