Basic Training Update
The men of Unit 65 will spend the week living and training across the lake. They will be living in handmade shelters, catching and cooking their own food, as well as taking classes in primitive fire building and water purification. They will continue to own their skills of land navigation, search and recovery, ropes and knots, and wilderness care and survival. Please pray the men would stay healthy during this time and that they would learn a valuable lesson in perspective.

Leadership Corner
In busyness, we can often confuse our calling with our identity when the opposite is true. Who we are dictates what we do.
"If you are wrestling with your calling as a ministry leader, let me remind you:
You are called to belong to Christ through salvation.
You are called to love God and people.
You are called to make disciples.
As we step into the final stretch of 2021, I’d like to encourage you to reflect on how you'd answer these questions: Has my leadership role blurred my identity and value? Am I overcomplicating expectations for myself or those I lead? What changes do I need to make to maximize the rest of this year?" - Meredith King
