Campus Water Usage Due to our wells requiring some maintenance, we ask each person using campus water to be frugal to help reduce our dependence on Pritchett water. Our goal is to conserve water while performing needed maintenance and repair on the individual wells so that we can be completely 100% using our water in the weeks ahead instead of paying the higher rates from Pritchett Water. Thanks for your assistance in lowering our water cost during this time.

| Thursday Fellowship All single staff are invited to the Warner's home on Thursday evenings, starting Thursday, Jan. 18, from 7:15–8:30 PM for fellowship around God's Word. Snacks will be provided, but please BYOC (bring your own coffee:) |
| Singspiration There will be a Singspiration on Saturday, January 27, at 7:00 PM in the Chapel. If you have an encouraging special music piece you'd like to share, please contact Phillip Vanderford by noon on Friday, January 26. |
| | Trash Pick Up Project In an effort to invest in our community as well as honor our responsibilities to the Adopt-a-Highway program, everyone is invited to participate in a trash pick up on Highway 80. This volunteer event will be from 9-11 AM on Saturday, February 3. If you're available, please contact Nate Paine at ext. 2157. Even families with children can help on campus far away from active roadways. Hope you can join us!

| Battalion Update | Capt. Vanderford The battalion has done very well at settling into the routine this week, and it looks like it will be a great quarter. This week, 2nd Phase students will be divided between sawyer and rope rescue training again, with each in the course they didn’t take last week. L&C will continue on in class and with their various study assignments. I’m grateful that God has allowed us to already begin talking with the men about significant challenges they are facing in life. Please pray for wisdom and that we would remember it is God who will do the needed work, and not us.
