Head Cooks are responsible for preparing and serving meals, as well as cleaning up of kitchen areas after meals. Assistants work under the supervision of the head cooks and are responsible for much of the same.

Neither position is responsible for ordering or creating menus, simply the hands-on meal service. Both positions are hourly and can be seasonal or year round.
