During this time of the year, we often are asked, “For what are you thankful?” After all, Thanksgiving is just around the corner.

Well, I can tell you this…

… because of you, nearly 6,000 guests of Camp Omega heard of Jesus’ love during the 10 weeks of summer camp and year-round retreat events.

… because of you, Camp Omega now has a family and adult-friendly family housing and meeting space known as Omega Lodge.

… because of you, no child or family is ever turned away because of a financial hardship.

… because of you, Camp Omega remains a strong force in the Kingdom, sharing Christ’s love with thousands every year.

So, Thank You! I praise God for you and your partnership in Outdoors Ministry.

But that’s not all. I’m also thankful for the gift of a loving and supportive family. I’m thankful for a hard-working Camp Omega team who serve with their hearts. I’m thankful for our God whose love is so amazing that He sacrificed His only Son for our sake, so that we too may experience the gift of the Heavenly Kingdom; that we too may live free, free from guilt and shame and the fear of death.
