The Psalmist of Psalm 9 reminds his readers that part of giving thanks is to recount the wonderful deeds that God has done even when our hearts may be stuck on hurt. We can be thankful for all God has done, especially in sending Jesus to be our Savior. God has sent many hurting people to Camp Omega, and they have heard the Good News that Jesus has died for their sins and rose again. That is something to be thankful for! Even in times of hurt, God uses his people to share healing. A healing that comes through the grace of Christ and guides us to eternal life with Him. |
