I am excited to share with you strategies and techniques in PART 2 to help you keep your cool and stay calm. During our masterclasses we will be practicing together so it becomes more second-nature as you navigate your kids' big emotions.

When is the training?
We'll meet Wednesdays at noon (PST) in OCTOBER (10/2, 10/9, 10/16 and 10/23)

Learn how to build your own toolbox of calm-down strategies for you and your children, so that instead of getting into power struggles and escalating, you can navigate the tough stuff with more ease and composure. 

In Part 2 we will be practicing the 4-square breath and using a muscle-based technique to release tension in the moment.
