Subject: [Finding Your Calm in the Chaos] Masterclass is Wed Oct 2nd

Find Your Calm at our Lunch and Learn Wednesday at noon
Hi Friend,
Welcome to your Finding Your Calm in the Chaos training. You have either registered for the Lunch and Learn masterclasses or the calm parent resource guide (either through Facebook or the registration link). We wanted to be sure to let you know about the accompanying Lunch and Learn trainings.

You can download the Calm Parent resource here if you need it yet.
Our first Lunch-and-Learn in our Finding Your Calm in the Chaos training is Wednesday, October 2nd at noon, PDT

Let's be real, we can all struggle to STAY CALM in the middle of MELTDOWNS and POWER STRUGGLES. Like many parents, you may be feeling exhausted and stressed out at the end of tough parenting days. If this is you, too, please join us for our October 'Lunch-and-Learns'.

How Do You Lunch and Learn?
Bring a lunch and tune into the live class in our ROR parent group. We're a bunch of parents like you who want access to parenting resources and like to play games and share ideas. It's a fun group. We have spontaneous watch parties and photo contests. You might even like some of us... we'll see.

Join us here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/RaisingOurResilienceParents/

When is the training?
Join the Raising Our Resilience Facebook Group to access the masterclasses. We'll meet Wednesdays at noon (PST) in OCTOBER (10/2, 10/9, 10/16 and 10/23)

What are we learning again?
"Finding Your Calm in the Chaos: Every parent's guide"
Learn how to build your own toolbox of calm-down strategies for you and your children, so that instead of getting into power struggles and escalating, you can navigate the tough stuff with more ease and composure. For this first masterclass, we will be discussing the nervous system and how to regulate stress. We will answer these questions:
  • Why meltdowns occur
  • Why we get upset
  • What we can do about it
I can't wait to see you in the Facebook group on Wednesday!

Love, Vanessa
