Find Even More Calm Wednesday at noon |

| We had a great time at our Watch Party on Sunday, where we jammed and shared different ways to encourage kids to use body-based strategies for more self-regulation, including great ideas of how to make taking a breath fun and memorable.
Part 3 is up next, where we will be harnessing the power of the mind to shift our perspective in the moment, giving our brains a needed break from ruminating about what's going wrong and rejecting the emotions we feel, like anger, sadness, despair, frustration, annoyance.
