Your eight week-journey of digital and personal skills transformation has begun!
Be super proud of yourself for showing up for the 1st training session of CAPM™ and playing full out.
As promised, we have uploaded the training materials on the DSM learning portal for you. We have created various modules and sub-modules by splitting the content into small chunks of maximum 15/20-minute videos – making it easy for you to review the material.
We have also uploaded the training session slides as pdf under the ‘Downloads’ section.
One Exercise for you:
1) After completing Module#1, please complete this Wheel of Product™ questionnaire for KRA#1 DISCOVER (Assess Idea) – This will take you 2-3 minutes
2) Download the Wheel of Product™ pdf and take a print out
3) Based on the score we share with you (after you submit the form), shade the ‘pie’ in the Wheel of Product™ diagram for the first pie DISCOVER – Assess Product Idea
4) Keep this Wheel of Product™ document with you for the entire training programme, as we are going to work on it every week as we progress in the programme.
Note: You will find the Wheel of Product™ questionnaire link and the pdf download in the module#1 Recap area on DSM portal.
It would be great for you to have this done before the next session on 7th March 2020.
