| | | The majority (80%) of Corte Sant’Alda’s Soave is the indigenous Garganega, the main grape in Soave wines (and one of Italy’s great white varieties), and gives them their orange zest, almond, and melon aromas and flavors. The Garganega is blended with Trebbiano di Soave giving the wine a tangy liveliness. The result is a smooth, juicy, fresh, lively wine with an elegance and structure that’s begging to pair with veal scaloppini, fettuccine Alfredo, or roast chicken. Aging: Fermented in stainless with sur lie aging for 3-6 months. Tasting Notes: This bright straw yellow wine has aromas of ripe red fruit, citrus, herbs, and fresh almonds. On the palate, it’s tangy and fresh with a mineral savoriness. Medium bodied and well balanced. | | | | | Clear appearance, salmon color.
