Elephant Rock is a massive sandstone formation imposing itself above the wilderness near Palmer Lake. It’s a wild, natural wonder and a rewarding sight for those who venture to find it. Our American IPA has a bold, commanding spirit worthy of the local landmark. Over two pounds per barrel of late-addition hops give Elephant Rock its resinous pine and bright citrus profile. It's a monumental flavor worth discovering. |

What you have here is the only Imperial IPA in America inspired by a bowl of soup and a thrift store football game... Continual hopping provides a beautiful balance to our Imperial IPA -allowing us to add a foolhardy amount of hops throughout the boil without making 90 Minute crushingly bitter. |

Get ready to bask in the glory of the frothy head’s floral bouquet. Relish the citrus accents from the abundance of dry hopping. This one’s sweet, yet balanced. Malty undertones shake hands with the hop character for a finish that never turns too bitter. |

Rupture was born out of our obsession with getting the most out of each and every hop. In fact, we built a machine in our brewery to incorporate a unique fresh grind process. By grinding the whole hop, we "rupture" the lupulin inside - releasing the oil that gives the beer its flavor. And what we grind that day, we use that day. Leaving you a beer that's fresh, aromatic, with an unparalleled bright, hoppy character. |

Just a ridiculous amount of hops in this super hazy IPA! With 10 pounds of Rolled Oats and close to 5 pounds of hops per barrel, this NEIPA has incredible mouth feel and is an absolute fruit bomb in your mouth! The first beer on tap by our very own Huckleberry, Ryan Logan! |
