Created at the Paris Ritz Hotel in 1925, the Mimosa was a boozier take on a pre-existing orange juice and Champagne cocktail known as a Buck’s Fizz. Whilst a Buck’s Fizz was 2 parts OJ and 1 part Champagne (because a gentleman should be intoxicated) those crazy Parisians cranked it to 11 with a half and half mix. Try one of these
