Dear Friend,

Amazon KDP made some changes to their helpdesk interface quite a while ago.

One of their changes includes hiding their contact form.

(My guess is many people are just contacting them via the form without actually reading through their FAQs)

Not joking...

I even went to google "KDP helpdesk" and the sorts, but I just couldn't find a way to get in touch with their specialist.

Out of desperation...

I randomly clicked any links and buttons I could see.

FINALLY!

I found a way to either CALL them or to LIVE CHAT with them.

So... No more contact form?

Yeah.

And I didn't want any one of you to go through what I did.
