Theo blames himself for his parents’ early deaths and vows to continue running their self-built hotel in Sunny Springs, Colorado. However, when he hires the young, mysterious Leanne, Theo realizes that his life is about to become much more complicated.

There is something in her that touches on a desire which he has kept long hidden.

As Leanne and Theo learn to live and work together, something begins to bloom between them. But, as wildfires rage, mysteries are revealed, and Leanne’s worst insecurities are tested.

How will they find a way through the difficulties together? Or will lies and deception prove that they are both from two very different worlds?
